Don’t they? Thank you. I was walking and my brain decided to go there… of course by the time I got home, I started “working” (cooking) and forgot what I had composed… so it didn’t turn out exactly the same but OK I guess!

Don’t you hate it when your mind develops an idea that you later can’t recall? Some of my best blog bests never got published! … When walking the dog, consider a small, digital voice recorder.

YESSSS!!! You’ve no idea (well, you actually do, don’t you?) how many fabulous stories run through my head while walking… I shall get an app for my phone, I’m a-thinking! There have been so many letters, posts, notes composed in my head and then… nada. This must stop!

Your first haiku! And dedicated to dogs, I’m all for that. Yes, patience is a must when my dog is on what we call ‘terrier business’ and sniffing at every inch of the park. I’m really hoping for snow this year – my dog is two and a half and has only seen snow once, since we didn’t get any last year – but he loved it 🙂

Yes! I actually did a second one but only posted it on FB… 😉
Zeke is a huge fan of snow. He cares not that the wind is blowing my face off… the look he gives me is so full of joy that, well, I go and freeze for him! Not too long ago we hit -25C with a windchill of -30 and it felt less cold than today -15 with the windchill… difference was today was quite windy and I swear the cold went right through me!

Having to go foe walks with Zeke is probably about the best medicine you could get right now…🍀

Absolutely! Said beast is “talking” to me as we “speak” letting me know I’m eating breakfast too slowly!
