A word prompt to get your creativity flowing this weekend. How you use the prompt is up to you. Write a piece of flash fiction, a poem, a chapter for your novel…anything you like. Or take the challenge below – there are no prizes – it’s not a competition but rather a fun writing exercise. If you want to share what you come up with, please leave a link to it in the comments. Thank you Sammi, for hosting week after week!
Just over yonder, within my grasp
I can see it, after all
is my next iteration
I have done some living
And am wiser
(I like to think)
But I’m not done
And am eager to learn
to discover what new adventures
Lie ahead
And just because this dang song has been in my head since reading the word…
Ah, just there yonder
awaits more wonder!
🙂
I’m coming with!
Love this — and amazing photo, too!

I am a firm believer that just like a fingerprint, everyone has a uniquely different dream. It’s incumbent for each individual to follow theirs to the “Yonder” of where it takes them. It’s like a song that won’t leave you.

B,
I could not agree more. It’s always dumbfounded me when one tells another that they “should” travel more or “should” do something or other. Everyone has their own dream and it shouldn’t be up for discussion by others who have a totally different one.
